Overview

The Nexus Media Solutions, Manager, Account Services is responsible for always delivering exceptional service to GroupM agencies. This includes working closely with the agency team to understand their needs, providing timely responses to any requests, and advocating for the client and agency teams. The Manager role will encompass programmatic planning & strategy across Advanced TV, Advanced DOOH, and Integrated Solutions. The Manager, Account Services oversees a team of people tasked with delivering strategies and successful executions for advertiser campaigns. This role will be crucial to ensuring proper campaign management throughout the campaign lifecycle. This includes designing campaigns appropriately to meet client KPIs, ensuring campaigns launch on time, and monitoring campaign delivery (working with Operations to troubleshoot if issues arise). The Manager will also gather/analyze campaign performance details & package them up for end of campaign reporting. As a senior representative of Nexus Media Solutions, the Manager, Account Services represents Nexus Media Solutions offerings, and executions to mid-to-senior level agency counterparts and client contacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to Briefs– Request briefs from agencies for existing clients and work closely with other internal teams to deliver a satisfactory plan that meets client requirements.
  • Ensure Campaign Success – Ensure that all internal and external teams provide what is needed to get the campaign live. Responsible for monitoring performance and delivery of KPIs, ensuring that action is taken in the event of under-performance. Monitor the commercial success of each campaign and ensure agency is kept informed of campaign status throughout the campaign.
  • Maintain Agency & Client Relationships – Foster good working relationships with agency teams (and client teams) & manage their expectations. Ensure agencies receive a high level of client service. Focus on macro client concerns, business issues, and education series
  • Budget Management – Work with agency teams and relevant internal teams to up-sell and cross-sell (and secure re-bookings). Grow average campaign size. Help retain
    business due to excellent campaign delivery and results.
    Help to manage billing & reconciliation of campaigns.
  • Collaboration - Spearhead the management of campaign setup and execution across different teams including Trading (DSP Setup), Finance (Salesforce and Radia), Analytics, and AdOps. Acts as point of escalation for account or campaign issues, to balance workloads across team members, and to assist as needed with campaign and account execution.
  • Team Leadership: Ensures your team are well-educated in the digital space & the tools and capabilities of DSPs and relevant vendors, and that this knowledge is applied efficiently and creatively. Evaluates and develops talent of his/her staff to deliver highest levels of service in a rapidly-adapting environment. Mentor professional growth via advising on how best to apply Nexus Solutions to deliver KPI-beating solutions, to address client concerns, and to deepen agency relationships
What You Bring
  • 4+ years of relevant industry experience (Advanced TV, Programmatic, and/or Advanced DOOH) with prior people management experience
  • Strong understanding of DSP capabilities, digital/programmatic execution, verification partners, and data partnerships (planning and buying) within the space
  • Thorough knowledge of audience data that can be applied to media buying and audience targeting strategy
  • Familiarity with advanced optimization strategies to deliver against performance KPIs and budget growth
  • Exceptional communication & problem solving skills, with an ability to understand and communicate complex technology and business concepts quickly to a variety of audience
  • The ability to juggle multiple timelines, priorities and relationships

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
