The Associate Director of Lead Generation oversees demand generation activities to fuel new customer acquisition, drive growth across existing clients, and support sales in business development efforts.

This role strategically identifies and manages lead generation opportunities through the Catalyst website, events, thought-leadership and more, using data and analytics to measure performance and increase qualified inbound leads.

The Associate Director of Lead Generation also collaborates with key industry partners to strengthen relationships and drive increased leads from across partner audiences and networks.


  • Lead end-to-end growth initiatives to drive customer acquisition and enable upsells across existing client base.
  • Increase lead volume through improving website acquisition function, nurturing and expediting leads through buyer journey, including:
    • Leveraging web analytics tools to provide data-driven suggestions to support demand generation through website and reduce time between website visit to website conversion (i.e. filling out contact form, downloading thought-leadership).
    • Collaborating with website team to develop relevant site metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate website and lead funnel performance and identify opportunities for increased qualified lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new and innovative ways to reach B2B customers and increase relevance of Catalyst thought leadership.
  • Oversee acquisition campaigns through paid and non-paid channels.
  • Manage lead generation events (physical and virtual) and tradeshow strategy to ensure high quality representation, qualified lead generation, and increased customer acquisition.
  • Manage and execute thought-leadership strategy in support of lead generation and relationship building efforts, including press, original research, awards, search, social, and internal marketing.
  • Support sales on presentations to prospects and assist in slide and marketing collateral production.
  • Partner with Account Leads on relevant thought-leadership and value-add opportunities for clients, including event invitations, award opportunities, product/business updates, and other thought-leadership.
  • Oversee all partner/relationship initiatives, including joint marketing initiatives to drive leads from partner audiences and networks.
  • Monitor lead volume and report results, keeping senior management informed of activity, plans and adjustments, and market trends



  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B marketing and/or sales
  • Experience with lead generation strategies and execution
  • Experience with brand and performance metrics
  • Excellent presentation design skills
  • Effective and engaging written communication and presentation skills
  • Impeccable client relationship skills.
  • Confidence to make decisions and resolve problems quickly and effectively
