The Manager, Amazon Search & DSP is a unique position. You will be accountable for the day-to-day management of a major brand's paid Amazon initiatives, while also connected to the larger team for best-practice sharing, collaborating on test and learn scenarios, and ideating innovative ideas.

You will be expected to create high-level, multi-year growth strategies for the clients, leveraging both channel and media expertise. You will be working directly with brand marketing teams and tasked with developing and executing smart and sustainable media plans across Amazon search and Display.


  • Drive key client’s ecommerce strategy, hitting sales numbers and delivering on growth ambitions
  • Client ecommerce budget management in partnership with digital investment teams to maintain a performance and outcome-based approach
  • Provide subject matter expertise to client leadership for all Amazon media updates or developments
  • Participate in annual and quarterly planning initiatives


  • You will own day-to-day Paid Search Amazon programs including strategic approaches, bid recommendations, execution details, budgets/accounting and overall goal achievement
  • Understand the client’s product, marketing objectives and digital goals with an emphasis on Amazon, presenting to clients on regular basis
  • Monitor, track and evaluate campaign performance analytics, based on client KPI targets and baselines.
  • Think creatively, do research, and develop innovative tactics to improve efficiencies or advance the program. Present practical ideas for future expansion or optimization.
  • Build, or assist in crafting, POVs, standard methodologies, and key process documentation
  • Campaign Strategy definition and implementation, working closely with other Mindshare departments to develop fully integrated eCommerce campaigns
  • Stay current on industry trends, focusing on how changes can help improve offerings to accounts and enhance our overall practice.



  • Amazon experience, working with ARAP, Vendor Central
  • 5+ years experience creating and optimizing Amazon Search campaigns
  • Amazon DSP experience, a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Experience with analytics and data tools a plus
  • Confident self-starter who can take initiatives and run with them
