Senior Marketing Manager
Description
The resource will play the role of Senior Marketing Manager, and he/she will report to the Marketing Director. He/she will be responsible for the execution of the GroupM Italy Marketing Plan, coordinating a team dedicated to marketing operations.

This role is also accountable for efficient and effective support of all the Marketing initiatives.

- Support the Marketing Director in developing Marketing & Communications strategy and vision
- Develop and oversee the annual marketing plan, driving marketing strategy
- Coordinate the development of data driven marketing initiatives, measuring and monitoring KPIs
- Provide inputs to the communication strategy, anticipating trends and topics, creating visibility opportunities for Company’s main topics
- Interact via mail and calls with GroupM Global Marketing (e.g. marketing catch ups; global marketing community meetings attendance)
Be responsible of all the marketing activities implementation and more in details:
- Analysis on competition and market players
- Analysis marketing initiatives with solid KPIs
- CRM platform owner (currently Mailchimp) and bespoke marketing internal and external communication (e.g. Newsletter)
- Internal and external awards management (e.g. coordinate timings for awards application, drive the management of projects in relation to media and creativity awards)
- Support in internal/external communication events organization (from ideation to execution: location scouting and set up, catering organization, webinar technical set up in collaboration with IT, press conferences organization)
- Hands on support for creation and preparation of all marketing materials directly (where possible) and by coordinating a dedicated resource (graphic designer): e.g. PowerPoint presentations; footage editing; design and execution of images for digital advertising
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of working experience in marketing roles
- Solid project management skills and experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plan
- A solid CRM platforms usage experience
- Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
- Ability to handle and own multiple projects and work well under pressure
- Highly motivated, strongly focused on results and with a positive attitude especially towards team working
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package: an Excel, Word and Power Point champion
- CMS (i.e. Word Press), SEO, SEM expert previous experiences are added values
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (including Board Members), external partners, agencies
- Experience in a Corporate Comms role is a plus
