The Campaign Delivery team creates an effective link between the client-facing Agencies and the GroupM Services. The Campaign Delivery team ensures that comprehensive briefs are received from GroupM Agencies and ensures that GroupM Services specialists meet clients’ expectations by achieving campaign KPI’s timely and through embedding operational excellence. They also support reporting outputs, offer insights and recommendations across strategic planning and GroupM Agency pitches. 

Following are the responsibilities of the GroupM Services Campaign Delivery team and the varying degree of complexity is subject to individual job level: 


  • Ensure the GroupM Services team understands clients’ brand identity, GroupM Agency’s deliverables and campaign KPI’s
  • Ensure the Campaign Delivery team understand media behaviors and how the target audience interacts with media
  • Proactively address, and escalate when needed, any issue that compromises the quality and timeliness of deliverables
  • Provide technical perspective in client meetings when specific expertise is required
  • Work collaboratively with all Agency partners and stakeholders to ensure shared accountability to deliver value to clients
  • Work collaboratively with all specialists within the GroupM Services to ensure a holistic approach to campaign execution and delivery
  • Ensure quality and process optimization around key deliverables of the Campaign Delivery team, such as tactical strategy, brief response and schedule compilation
  • Ensure understanding and 100% compliance with both GroupM and finance processes, policies and procedures
  • Continuously expand and share knowledge and understanding of new trends, media channels and technologies
  • Be the lead contact and trusted advisor for any Non-Biddable campaign delivery
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve and enhance clients’ campaigns and advise Agency teams accordingly
  • Provide best in class knowledge of Non-Biddable media to GroupM Agency’s stakeholders and GroupM Services teams
  • Lead the Campaign Delivery team in meeting the strategy, planning, execution, and reporting requirements
  • Assist GroupM Agencies in consolidating data for as hoc reports (eg CSI/Savings Reports, Cost Avoidance)
  • Deliver holistic cross channel campaign analysis (ie mid and post campaign), working with respective buying teams to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
  • Coach and mentor managers
  • Work with GroupM Agency teams to manage client budgets, establish strong but realistic campaign goals and accordingly deliver KPIs
  • Review output from the GroupM Services before delivering to the client team to ensure a best in class response
  • Establish solid relationships with the agencies and the GroupM Services team internally
  • Promote knowledge share and continuous learning around POVs, trends and relevant skills to continue nurturing a high-performing team
  • Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time
Qualifications and Skills
  • 7+ years of media planning and buying experience, with a minimum of 3 years people management experience
  • Extensive knowledge in traditional media and Non-Biddable digital media
  • Proven and extensive experience in campaign execution
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
  • Detail oriented, responsive to deadlines and able to multitask
  • Ongoing interest in digital marketing, industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies
  • 3+ years in a client servicing role and good interpersonal skills within the organization
  • Ability to manage key stakeholders, their competing priorities and effectively solve potential conflicts
  • Leadership skills demonstrated as the ability to anticipate and remove barrier to productivity, drive teams towards clear goals, take effective decisions and challenge the status quo.
