Wavemaker is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Director – Content Effectiveness Measurement, WM Content to join us.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:

  1. Create content measurement frameworks for individual clients
  2. Recharge the WM – Ogilvy Effectiveness Lab
  3. Understand different existing GroupM tools
  4. Groom the analyst team

In six months:

  1. Created a universal measurement framework for WM content
  2. Reimagine the command center from a creative perspective
  3. Create strategic partnerships with 2-3 technology partners
  4. Create measurement solutions that are cross media

In 12 months:

  1. Create an industry standard for measuring ROI on branded content
  2. Win 3 paying clients for the CC product
  3. Win an international award (e.g. ICOM Data creativity award) for a measurement project

What you’ll bring:

  • A passion for measurement
  • An ability to weave a story through numbers
  • A desire to continuously learn and update oneself
  • Understands both the science of communications planning as well as the art of content creation
  • Is familiar and has working knowledge on mainstream audience insight tools
  • Has a great understanding of general management as well as the business of content
  • Has an entrepreneurial spirit and is self-motivated
  • Has great client servicing skills
  • Has a keen understanding of audience behaviour and can show an ability to draw actionable insights from it
  • Has an experience of inspiring diverse, high performing teams
  • Isn’t wary of getting their hands dirty or stepping into the trenches
  • Will need to have a minimum experience of 12 years to a maximum of 15 years

Minimum qualifications:

  • Will need to have a minimum experience of 12 years
  • At least 4-5 years of pure analysis experience
  • Good understanding of data, insights and tools across mediums
  • Experience working for brands
  • Aptitude for popular digital / social measurement, listening tools
