Addressable TV is the forefront of change for the television industry. The era of consumer choice is driving fundamental shifts within the television media landscape with people viewing their favourite TV shows and movies across a multitude of platforms and devices. The challenge for marketers and brands is to continue to reach audiences at scale in a highly fragmented ecosystem.
Finecast lays at the centre of this ecosystem, partnering with broadcasters, OTT devices and brands to drive innovation and develop addressable TV solutions for brands. The Operations Manager sits within the Product & Operations team at Finecast and is the gatekeeper of delivering exceptional campaign results for our clients.

Finecast launched in the Australian market in October 2018, having worked with over 50 clients in delivering addressable TV solutions, with head offices located in the UK.

Responsibilities 
Campain Operations

  • Ensure seamless campaign delivery and client success
  • Ensure confidence in the operating environment and a reputation for delivery
  • Utilise forecasting and pricing tools to conduct avails checks and ensure we can guarantee delivery for clients
  • Ensure the production of accurate, usable and timely campaign reporting
  • Manage data integrations with partners on behalf of clients
  • Build out and maintain supply integrations with broadcasters
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with campaigns, broadcasters, data integrations and technology vendors
  • Use data and insights to optimise and managing revenue and performance
  • Become the subject matter expert for our advertising technologies and how to deliver best results for clients
  • Make recommendations to strategy teams based on the capabilities of the technology platforms
Process Development
  • Optimise and document the campaign management workflow to drive operational efficiencies
  • Help maintain a pipeline of process enhancements, liaising with the relevant teams
  • Work with internal stakeholders within GroupM and external service & systems providers to ensure an optimal level of systems support
  • Liaise with account management to understand the requirements of their clients and support them in meetings
  • Represent the requirements and needs of the Addressable TV Division in project meetings
General
  • Maintain expertise in video-based advertising technologies and other relevant industry trends
  • Thought leadership demonstrated in the addressable TV space
  • Support in the formulation and review of contractual terms with suppliers and clients
  • Support the development of new addressable products
  • Support on improvements to business operations and systems
  • Develop out a team of executives to assist with executional tasks
Experience
  • 5+ years’ experience advertising or marketing roles
  • Familiar with advertising technologies and how they integrate with publishers
  • Familiar with technical aspects of ad delivery, such as ad serving, DSPs, DMPs, device IDs, cookies, attribution modelling
  • Broad understanding of the regulatory landscape around the use of data
  • Knowledge of media landscape, preferably video and TV
  • Ability to manage numerous stakeholders
  • Preferred: experience scaling operations teams
  • Broad understanding of key marketing principles, branding, performance, incremental reach, Sharp, Binet etc.
