We are currently looking for a Senior Executive, Precision/Ecommerce Planner to join us. In this role, you will be responsible to planning and implement the best in class Ecommerce plans for one of our FMCG client.

In this role, your goals will be:

In 3 months: 
  • Understand Client’s products, competition and customers insight to set up performance goals for the various digital channels
  • Drive digital campaign strategy and planning - together with the planning team and other departments from GroupM
  • To monitor and measure the impacts on digital marketing campaigns and conduct post-mortem to review what worked / didn’t
  • To be hands-on monitoring the digital analytics, insights and trends using the available digital and analytic tools and train the other digital planners in Wavemaker
  • To constantly develop and contribute performance strategies for test & learn
  • Improve Client’s digital performance with data driven strategies and well-designed funnels.
In 6 months:
  • Been well recognized by key senior clients by demonstrating thought leadership in strategic planning for key Ecommerce campaigns / engagements
  • Well support the Client in their next 6 months strategy with innovative ideas
  • Become the key support on strategic matters and familiar with client’s overall performance
In 12 months:
  • Have smooth communication and relationship with key client stakeholders and manage client’s expectation for upcoming campaigns and engagements
  • Independently manage and lead strategic conversations around the client’s business and communications strategy
  • Has successful case as achievement; be part of award-winning campaigns

What your day job looks like at Wavemaker:

  • Serve as key point of contact (together with the Precision Manager) on performance (mainly CPAS & Lower Funnel) brief delivery responses and work with GroupM GMS team in developing tactical strategies/responses
  • Compile all necessary media recommendations (i.e. media schedules) from respective GroupM GMS teams
  • Oversee end-to-end project management of campaign brief and delivery
  • Be responsible across all campaign tracking and reconciliation requirements (including KPI delivery)
  • Support the Director of Campaign Delivery team to strategize key account campaigns and ensure optimal delivery and performance alongside with all GMS teams
  • Share regular updates on campaign performance, such as in-flight optimizations and necessary schedule adjustments
  • Assist GMS on consolidating data for ad hoc based reports
  • Deliver holistic cross channel campaign analysis (i.e. mid and post campaign reports) working with respective teams to provide actionable insights and optimisation recommendations
  • Identify new product opportunities that will enhance clients’ digital front
  • Roll out test and learn initiatives to drive continuous improvements in campaign performance
  • Take an active role in developing broader biddable or digital strategic recommendations and best practices to scale impact at market and regional level
  • Will be the SUCAN champion

  • Experience in Performance Setup and Optimization
  • Enthusiasm to be part of the Digital Transformation plan for our clients and driving the acceleration of Ecommerce

Minimum qualifications:

  • Must have Facebook Blueprint Planner and Buyer certifications
  • At least 2 years experience in Performance. Good teamwork and presentation skills
