Strategic Planning Supervisor– Mindshare, China

 

Overview of job 

We are looking for energetic and curious mind to join us to work with the top media-spending client in China. This Strategic Planning Supervisor  position will work on integrated planning on fast food category. You will be a trusted advisor not just to the clients but internally with key stakeholders within the agency. 

Reporting of the role

This role reports to Director / Manager

Measures of success –

In three months:

  • You will be able to get campaign planning and execution skills , and you will be good at data planning.
  • You will be able to keep up with the latest media trends , category learnings, consumer insights.
  • You will be able to build a good relationship with clients, as well as relevant internal and external stakeholders

 In six months:

  • You will be able to work independently with campaign planning, and you will be very familiar with YUMC’s data
  • You will be campaign owner of KFC CRM &Live Stream & Value , the most important platforms which use data and technology to build know how and manage the campaign by yourself.
  • You will be able to share your insights and learnings with the planning team.

In 12 months:

  • Develop a strong category knowledge, to be recognized as a planning and data expert.
  • Work closely with the whole team, able to identify opportunities for brands relevant to their specific business.
  • You will be very good at management .
  • Responsibilities of the role:
  • Lead business analysis work on the client, with KFC’s regular campaign planning and execution.
  • Keeping up to date with latest category trends, competitors’ moves and bringing actionable learnings to clients
  • Support Director/Manager by delivering quality output in a timely manner and acting as a mentor to junior employees
  • Build trust and meaningful relationships with clients, as well as relevant internal and external stakeholder
