About the role

The Talent Insights Lead - India is responsible to build, develop, and streamline people reports for all functions and collaborate with all business leaders and stakeholders to help them drive an engaged people team and higher business performance. 

 Work Profile: 

  1. Accountable for data integrity across all talent systems
  2. Coordinate regular data clean up and reporting across the Talent organization
  3. Ensure the collection and use of people-related data from all sources; develop key metrics to measure employee utilization, engagement, recruitment, performance, and retention.
  4. Build scalable, customizable analytics to automate insights and findings
  5. Develop powerful dashboards and assist in building our predictive analytics offering
  6. Perform data analysis across multiple platforms, identify trends and partner with India Head - Talent Operations and Technology on solutioning and reporting.
  7. Review existing processes and structures on a quarterly / Bi-annual basis for operational efficiencies
  8. Provide ad hoc reports for key stakeholders as requested
  9. Maintain confidential information as necessary as per the role requirements.

 Future of the Role:

Basis contributions and organizational needs, you could partner or lead various Talent Operations interventions and programs.

Expectations from You:

Extremely well organized, process-driven and dedicated, with an outgoing personality and can-do attitude.  Specifically: 

  • 5-7 years Talent Data and Insights experience.
  • Expertise in MS Excel & Macros and Visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau.
  • Ability to proactively collect, transform, analyze and visualize data with high degree of end-to-end solution orientation.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of HR business processes and methodologies along with direct hands-on experience in talent systems, process design, configuration and implementation.
  • Able to derive expert insights and recommendations with confidence based on experience.
  • Superior written, presentation, analytical, quantitative, and verbal skills
  • Able to build strong relationships with people at all levels of seniority and comfortable working directly with India leadership groups.
  • A strong work ethic: able to work under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Exceptional diligence and attention to detail as well as resourcefulness and quick, practical thinking in a demanding environment.
