Mindshare Neo is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a ManagerPerformance Marketing to join us.

Measures of success –
In three months:

  • Working with all constituents of performance eco-system under one single roof
  • Exposure to cutting edge technologies on performance

 

In six months:

  • Ability to work with a diverse team. Be a performance marketing expert across paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and other self-serve platforms like AMS.
  • Get proficient with latest tools and techniques by managing some of the largest client portfolios.

 

In 12 months:

  • Emerged as a coveted champion on performance marketing solutions.
  • Become proficient is escalation handling and resolve conflicts.
  • Successfully mastered the art of winning pitches and awards.

 

What your day job looks like at Mindshare:

  • You will be responsible for coordinating and managing marketing campaigns on Google Adwords/Bing ads/Facebook.
  • You will accelerate Performance Marketing using strategic and analytical skills
  • Maximize profits by developing and crafting paid media Advertisement, planning and deploying SEM and Paid Social campaigns
  • You will acquire cutting edge analytical skills to drive quality business insights and converting learnings into future strategies.
  • You will have to track performance patterns and customer behaviour across seasonality, devices, markets to ensure best in the category results and innovation for client.
  • Determine ROI on paid/performance marketing efforts
  • You will responsible to drive team efficiency by providing them with a vision, guidance around their work, growth path and opportunities to grow within the organisation.
  • You will be able to become a client champion & interact regularly with client for delivering better value & ROI to client based on their feedback

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Graduate/MBA from a recognized university
  • Self-motivated with passion for marketing, advertising & campaign management
  • Outstanding client handling & communication skills both written & verbal
  • Active interest in digital, Paid media, planning, strategizing, web analytics and other aspects of performance marketing.
  • Ability to turn around task well ahead of deadlines.
  • Come with experience of handling 6-7 direct reporters.
  • Adwords, GA/Omniture, FB, DCM, DS, Kenshoo/Marine certified professional will be preferred.
  • Dominant knowledge of Excel is must.
