In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:

  • 熟悉并且适应essence的企业文化,并了解如何与media team进行有效的团队协作;
  • 能够独立完成项目的创意表现,扩展出富有视觉表现力的设计

In six months:

  • 触觉敏锐、思路清晰,能够表达自己的创意与设计;
  • 能充分理解广告主需求和brief更多创意的想法,并能够组织实现
  • 配合团队赢得其他业务的比稿,由此扩大creative team的规模

In 12 months:

  • 能整合团队资源独立处理项目
  • 赢得2个左右的大客户

What your day job looks like at GroupM:

  • 完成客户的日常brief,包括品牌和传播的KV及物料制作
  • 热爱创意,无畏创新,洞悉人性,对世界充满好奇
  • 对事件营销、互动广告有深刻的理解和创作热情
  • 主动表达想法并与团队协作完成各类项目
  • 作为核心,参与不限于汽车客户的比稿

What you’ll bring:

  • 优秀的方案和文案撰写能力
  • 富有灵感,追求创新,能够在可执行的前提下发展独特的创意
  • 具备基本的策略思维和逻辑
  • 积极乐观、愿意沟通,能够主动协同团队解决问题
  • 具备比较丰富的IMC经验,熟悉ATL,且对Social&Digital有一定基础。


Minimum qualifications:

  • 相关设计类或视觉传达类毕业
  • 4年以上工作经验,同时拥有atl+digital经验尤佳
  • 服务过不同类型的客户(3C金融、鞋服、快消等),且至少服务过1年以上汽车客户,且有独立完成汽车KV的能力,有获奖案例者优先
  • 精通PhotoshopIllustartor、等设计工具,会AEC4D加分
  • 良好的团队合作精神,有责任心,可以配合团队确保项目及时推进
  • 对内对外,拥有优秀的沟通、表达能力和基本的提案能力
