In this role, your goals will be:

In three months:
  • Establish regular cadence with business leaders/HRBPs
  • Complete Project Plan for Talent Strategy
  • Roll out Project Plan for Talent Strategy to HR, Business Leaders
  • Roll out [email protected]
In six months:
  • Deploy Media ManTra
  • Deploy Competency Assessment & Profiling
  • Deploy Leadership Development Refresh
In twelve months:
  • Deploy Upskilling Program
  • Roll out Succession Planning Program
  • Deploy Pay for Performance
  • Deploy other Well-Being iniaitives

What your day job looks like at GroupM:

  • Design, create frameworks, and drive company-wide strategic initiatives on talent, covering learning, performance management, future skills building, future leaders development, and key talent development
  • Design, create framework, and drive company-wide strategic initiatives on organization effectiveness, covering engagement, well-being, culture-building, retention and transformation
  • Create a change framework for the effective implementation of HR transformation initiatives
  • Provide expertise and partnership as needed to the HR Business Partners in their execution of the Talent Strategy
  • Establish metrics on the effectiveness of strategic HR programs, platforms, and initiatives, through relevant HR/talent analytics

What you'll bring:

  • 13-15 years solid experience in Organization Development,
  • Talent Management, and Learning combined in progressive companies; multi-national exposure is preferred
  • Functional expertise in the areas of Talent Development, Organization Development, Learning, Change Management
  • Extensive experience in leadership, stakeholder management, innovation, project management and data analysis
