Overview of job
In this role, you will be responsible for to work across our GroupM’s three media agency Strategic and Tactical teams to assist internal and client education, consulting and joint planning to drive data-driven /programmatic campaigns and add value and insight to our clients campaigns.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
Understand the Chinese digital industry and trends;
Understand knowledge of digital media and programmatic buying process.
Understand Xaxis product solution and selling points to clients
In six months:
Equipped with excellent client consulting and account serving ability including programmatic media strategy, data insights and product solution recommendation;
Be able to lead and manage programmatic campaigns independently and deliver good outcomes eventually.
In 12 months:
Has an in-depth knowledge towards Chinese programmatic/ad-tech environment;
Be able to initiate and propose projects that bring values to clients, agencies and internal stakeholders.
What your day job looks like at Xaxis:
Build a trusted relationship with all agency client, strategic and tactical planning teams in BJ
Together with agencies develop a programmatic media strategy and business plan
Provide excellent account servicing to ensure clients’ campaign deliver against expectation
What you’ll bring:
Experience at or with a DSP (Demand Side Platform) or Data Management Platform company
- Comprehensive knowledge of the digital landscape and major players in the marketplace
Media planning or buying experience
At least 7 years’ experience in account servicing at agency programmatic department, BAT or local DSP advertising technology company
Having experience working with agencies is highly preferable
Excellent written and presentation skills
Comfortable with numbers and calculations
Have experience with data and campaign analytics and insights
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
