We are currently looking for a Data & Analytics Executive, to join the GroupM Services Data & Technology team.

 

GroupM Services - Data & Technology is an Analytics, Technology, and consulting group supporting the buying & campaign delivery teams

We combine adtech and martech platform strategy with data science & data engineering expertise, helping our clients make advertising work better for people.

 

Data & Analytics Executive will be responsible for the implementation & support of media performance reporting solutions, delivered within the GroupM Services and Agencies.This person will manage the design, build, and maintenance phases of client reporting projects

Candidates are expected to have experience in managing large data sets and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g

Salesforce Detorama, Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio).They should have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong project management skills, Stakeholder management experience, an eye for process iteration with a focus on delivering high levels of service for client success.Reporting of the role

Responsibilities of the role:

Work with stakeholders in requirements gathering, documenting data architecture & reporting/visualization requirements and developing SOWs

Bring together all of the data from the various sources - audience segments, reach models, inventory data - into the platform and build out the necessary tables and views.

Manage the retrieval and transformation of large volumes of data, including data mapping and harmonisation processes

Create calculated fields, reports and dashboards

Define the Quality Assurance guidelines and manage the QA processes.

Coordinate our offshore teams to ensure the development, maintenance & performance of our reporting solutions adhere to SLAs and client requirements.

Provide quality assurance & technical support for campaign delivery teams and agency plannersManage project timelines and deliverable schedules.

Communicate with stakeholders on project status and raise issues with the analytics manager as required Setup and conduct test-and-learns for new product feature releases from our key partners' platforms

Support the Analytics Manager with Partner/Vendor management, including internal global/regional teams

Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks relevant to the position

Build a great working relationship with your team, market teams and client team, operating seamlessly together to deliver success for our clients, across the briefing, booking, set up, optimisation and reporting processes

Measures of Success

 In 3 months: Thorough understanding of the GroupM Services Data & Tech processes and commenced utilizing in their day to day tasks & projects Developed strong working relationships with all team members and relevant stakeholders (e.g agencies, partners, GMS buying teams)

In 6 months: Has gained any outstanding accreditation/certifications of relevant technologies utilised within the GroupM Services Data & Tech team

Manage the design, build, and maintenance phases of client reporting requirements independently

In 12 months: Implemented training programs for key stakeholders of our Reporting & Analytics solutions, with demonstrated increase in utilizations supporting the Manager & actively contributing on key Reporting & Analytics projects, bringing value to our stakeholders
