About the role

The Experience Team in APAC is in need of a media agnostic, Associate Creative Director level-writer to join our team. A conceptual thinker, he/she can ideate across campaigns, craft compelling copy and connect to our target audience. Our ideal candidate is passionate about data-driven creative, technology and innovation; He/she is able to integrate creative work with media and strategy, understand our client’s business objectives, and effectively communicate ideas across platforms.

The role will cover three disciplines:

  • Creative – crafting copy across various creative output ranging from/but not limited to: data-driven creative, content & partnerships, digital activations
  • Marketing – case studies
  • Social – ideation & execution across various social platforms across various APAC markets


Some of the things we'd like you to do:

  • Conceptualise and collaborate with creative team
  • Integrate strategic thinking and data into the creative output;
  • Write and produce grammatically clean, long-form and short-form copy across multiple channels
  • Adapt to multiple styles & formats
  • Work with business leads and strategists to ensure creative concepts, tactics and copy tone are on brand, strategically sound, on time and meet the creative brief


A bit about yourself:

  • Passionate about creative, media and technology
  • Enthusiastic about the possibilities across social media platforms, across various markets in APAC
  • Passionate about achieving business objectives through creativity and innovation
  • Ability to multi-task and work across several projects
  • A natural team player, you will work collaboratively to achieve the highest standards
  • Proactive self-starter who responds well to constructive criticism
  • A strategic thinker who understands systems-thinking
  • Ideally a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in advertising / digital / social
  • Experience working on the Japanese market is a plus
  • Proficiency in Japanese is a plus
