We are currently looking for an Investment Manager to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for investment & implementation of campaigns for a group of clients on a fantastic and passionate team.

What Success Looks Like

In 3 Months You Would Have
  • Been inducted into MediaCom and have a good understanding of our process and structure & can confidently articulate our offerings & point of difference in the market.
  • Have lead an implementation response with support from the team, taking in a client brief, developing implementation strategy, briefing key partners and negotiating best outcomes and then presenting with clear rationale supported with relevant data points to the client.
  • Set up 1-1s with your team, checking in regularly on their progress & supporting their development and growth
In 6 Months You Would Have
  • Have developed strong relationships with both internal stakeholders including client leadership, strategy and planning and SBUs, as well as external partners both key clients contacts and media owners.
  • Leading the day to day management of the team, to ensure client media campaign objectives and KPIs are being delivered.
In 12 Months You Would Have
  • Considered a collaborative and motivated member of the Marketplace Investment team, contributing to monthly department meetings, fortnightly managers meetings and helping to drive development of junior team members.
  • Become the go to for all information on your client campaigns, keeping the Investment Director informed and communicating to Head of Marketplace and National Head of Investment when required.
