Reporting of the role

This role reports to the planning manager

3 best things about the job:

  1. You will be championing and managing key categories independently working closely with planning Manager, best of all you have full control taking care of this brand / category.
  2. You will be working with great people from different divisions – strategic planning, tactical planning to gather insights, drive innovations and business solutions for our client.
  3. Comprehensive training - you will receive coaching from senior members of the team and will have plenty of training opportunities locally and within region

Measures of success –

In three months:

  • Developed a good understanding advertising across traditional and digital media channels.
  • Gotten an understanding of the agency portfolio of clients, internal running processes and clients’ marketing strategy.
  • Support your supervisor on media plan/competitive report etc.

 In six months:

  • Proven yourself as a reliable point of contact for client stakeholders
  • Become a key pillar that your seniors and subordinates can rely on
  • Lead the project independently and smoothly

In 12 months:

  • Anticipated what is needed to stay on track to secure, grow and solidifying client relations, and to take action appropriately.
  • Support concept plan (media scene/ vertical area).
  • Lead a platform independently

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Good understanding of the client’s business and category issues and clear picture of each client’s product line.
  • Before campaign, assist your superior on data process and basic PPT draft.
  • During campaign, ensure campaign executions goes smoothly with accuracy which include good knowledge of internal booking process, pass campaign assets on-time, monitor on-going campaign KPI delivery status and etc..
  • Post campaign, ensure regular reports are delivered on-time with accuracy and develop good sense of each KPIs of different media categories.
  • Support your superior on special projects.

What you will need:

  • Solid basic media planner concept.
  • Creative thinking
  • Detail oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully with teams, and work under pressure
  • Be a reliable person to fully support to your superior.
