Overview of job 
The GroupM Nexus team adopt a collaborative and customer-centric approach in delivering high value and innovative solutions for our Agencies’ and Agencies’ clients, including the activation and execution of dynamic media campaigns. We are currently looking for an Executive, Biddable to join us.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to Manager, Biddable.

  1. Campaign Execution: Gain hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing biddable media campaigns across key platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta platforms, Amazon) and multiple countries.
  2. Data Analysis: Develop your analytical skills by working with campaign performance data, identifying trends, and generating insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  3. Teamwork and Learning: Collaborate with a team of experienced biddable media professionals, learning from their expertise and contributing to a dynamic work environment.

 

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the implementation and optimization of biddable campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta platforms, Amazon), ensuring adherence to client objectives and KPIs.
  • Data Management: Support the team in data collection, organization, and analysis to track campaign performance.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of campaign performance reports, extracting key insights and recommendations.
  • Platform Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of major biddable platforms and their functionalities.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to finance processes, GroupM policies, and procedures.
  • Organization and Project Management: Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Effectively handle ad-hoc daily tasks and requests as needed.

In six months:

  • Campaign Optimization: Contribute to campaign optimization efforts by analyzing data, identifying trends, and proposing actionable recommendations.
  • Client Communication: Assist in client communication, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Trend Identification: Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies in the biddable landscape.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with other teams within GroupM (e.g., analytics, strategy) to deliver integrated solutions for clients.

In 12 months:

  • Campaign Management: Begin to manage campaign execution independently for smaller clients or specific campaign components.
  • Client Relationship Support: Assist in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Team Contribution: Actively contribute to team discussions and knowledge sharing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deepen your understanding of the biddable media industry and its best practices.

What your day job looks like at GroupM Nexus:

We are seeking a world-class practitioner to lead our performance product for our large global and multi-national clients that we service from Hong Kong. Although the focus will be on Performance, this candidate is expected to have worked with both brand and performance clients. They will have a high level of experience across global, regional and local digital platforms and be able to lead discussions from planning/insights through to implementation and reporting.

You will be expected to work closely with client leads and our analytics & innovation specialists to provide end-to-end solutions for clients.

 

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Strong interest in biddable media and digital advertising.
  • Basic understanding of biddable platforms and mechanisms.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle ad-hoc tasks.
  • Passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
