Measures of success
1)In three months:
深入了解EC 跨平台人群标签与站内外媒介资源,提供效果稳定的投放(KPI)。
Gotten a deep understanding of the agency portfolio of clients.
深度了解群邑内部体系与其客户服务型态与需求。
Been a good relationship with the internal team members.
与直属主管/团队成员,能建立良好合作关系。(负责任、对数字细心、积极学习)
Supported or led the eCommerce team of some projects to deliver high quality service to the clients. Including traffic operation, data analysis, business solution, etc.
能够成功支持或是领导所负责的项目,产出高质量的支持,包括但不限于:媒介投放、数据分析,人群管理,客户关系等等
2)In six months:
与客户/代理商/电商平台窗口,能获得窗口的认可。
3)in 12 months.
可以独立执行手上客户所交付的执行,并且可以自行检查不出错,并带领新进伙伴。
What you will need
Experience:
- 至少2年以上的京东京准通,执行经历。
- 良好的沟通与团队管理能力。
- 有大品牌执行经验尤佳。
Personality:
- Proactive, quality-conscious, self-driven, team player and strong communication skills (Mandarin)
积极主动,注重质量,自我驱动,团队精神和强大的沟通能力(普通话)
