Measures of success 

In three months, you would have:

  • A thorough understanding of the different teams at GroupM and their functions
  • Started building relationships with key stakeholders
  • A solid understanding of GroupM processes

In six months, you would have:

  • Mastered the administration around confidential master documents, the staff database, and payroll, ready for review at a moment’s notice
  • The confidence to lead the administration multiple jobs.
  • Built a trusting relationship with key team members in the agency and the wider Group

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Maintenance and management, with accuracy, of all human resources records recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, tracking annual leave, sick, and personal time
  • Administration of organizational charts, training database, staff lists
  • Management of the online regional role approval & submissions
  • Regular maintenance of the Master Freelance Salary Sheet
  • Provide assistance with general payroll requests
  • Ensure the resignation process is followed to the standards set by People & Culture and Commercial
  • Provide administrative support to the People & Culture Manager on the marketing program that articulates our agency behaviors
  • Support of Adhoc needs around anything to do with our people

What you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR Administration.
  • Previous experience in a media agency is desirable.
  • Proven, strong administrative and organizational skills ideally within a previous Administrative role within the HR field
  • Competent in all Microsoft office software with immediate skills in excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
  • Ability to build strong relationships across different levels
  • Ability to thrive in an informal, high paced environment where priorities are constantly shifting
  • Ability to adapt to different ways of working
  • Organized and efficient
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize different projects – multitasking.
