The GroupM Services team adopt a collaborative and customer-centric approach in delivering high-valued and innovative solutions for our Agencies’ and Agencies’ clients, including the activation and execution of dynamic media campaigns.  

The following are the responsibilities of the GroupM Services team and the varying degree of complexity is subject to individual job level:

GroupM Services Responsibilities ;

  • Ensure the GroupM Services team understands clients’ brand identity, agency deliverables and campaign KPI’s
  • Ensure the GroupM Services team understands media behaviors and how the target audience interacts with media
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve and enhance clients’ campaigns and advise Agency teams accordingly
  • Proactively address (and escalate) any issue that compromises the quality and timeliness of deliverables
  • Participate in client meetings when specific expertise is required
  • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure shared accountability to deliver value to clients
  • Work collaboratively with all specialists within the GroupM Services to ensure a holistic approach to campaign execution and delivery
  • Conduct quality control and assurance of your own workstream before handing it over to another team
  • Ensure understanding and 100% compliance with finance processes
  • Ensure understanding and 100% compliance with GroupM policies and procedures
  • Continuously expand and share knowledge and understanding of new trends, media channels and technologies
Individual Responsibilities;
  • Facilitate team collaboration by working closely with senior Oversee all activities of the Non-Biddable team
  • Be tasked with the management and long-term prioritization of the clients’ overall campaign implementation needs and opportunities
  • Oversee the day-to-day approaches of the team and explore innovative solutions
  • Take initiative in developing training programs within the team, and across GroupM Agencies’ stakeholders
  • Play a mentorship role to key personnel, constantly hone their professional skills, and prepare them for the future growth and promotion
  • Establish departmental goals and strategies
  • Work with all internal stakeholders in defining the campaign implementation needs of the business, and to ensure high data-quality and reliability across the business
  • Develop useful insights to improve business performance and drive top-line growth
  • Keep abreast of new technologies in order to constantly apply fresh perspectives to the business, both long term and short term
  • Proactively create opportunities which deliver profitable business
  • Lead the non-biddable team in managing business-critical issues in a level-headed and decisive way
  • Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time
Mandatory Qualifications and Technical skills ;
  • 9+ years of working experience in media planning/buying, including 4+ years of team leadership experience
  • Have had a proven and successful experience in the execution of campaign implementation initiatives
  • Excellent computer skills and high proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Extensive knowledge in traditional and non-biddable digital media
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-changing environment
  • Leadership skills demonstrated as the ability to anticipate and remove barrier to productivity, drive teams towards clear goals, take effective decisions and challenge the status quo
  • Strive for excellence demonstrated by setting high standards for yourself and others, holding teams accountable, focusing on continuous optimization while mitigating risks

  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form
