Measures of success – 

  • Planning value recognized by team & client through strategic planning & thinking;

In three months:

  • Get familiar with Uniqlo business, projects & MPower team to carry on planning works;
  • Get familiar Mindshare planning tools and frameworks;
  • Co-work with strategy partners to drive strategy projects;

 

In six months:

  • Participate other planning projects to drive MPower team’s business;
  • Participate award preparing works to drive campaign award winning;

 

In 12 months:

  • Contribute planning value & get recognition from Uniqlo clients
  • Co-work together with creative team to drive IMC integration

 

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Major working on Uniqlo client to deliver strategy planning work to drive media and digital IMC projects;
  • Supporting other clients’ planning working needs to deliver planning thinking and enhance media & creative value when needed;
  • Preparing Mpower team’s award case screening and packaging to drive award winning;

 

 

What you will need:

  • Solid media knowledge & familiar with digital media trends;
  • Familiar with media planning thinking and quick learning capability;
  • Familiar with data tools and love to dig out insight through data;
  • Open mind & creative thinking & strong curiosity; Young at heart
  • Collaborative working attitude and a team player to work together with cross function team;
  • Leadership thinking & business sense
