In this role, you will be driving digital marketing (incl media & services) for all clients in Mumbai. You will  work closely with the leadership team and be responsible for strategic planning, using digital for solving business challenges and ensuring gold standards in  everyday excellence and  managing relationships with key stakeholders.

This role reports to the Vice President – National

In Three Months

In this role, your goals will be:

  • Understanding Wavemaker’s Provocative Planning Philosophy to deliver growth
  • Understand client wise business and media challenges
  • Understanding integrated planning and defining role of digital in the path to purchase

In Six Months

  • Delivering key client KPIs
  • Creating & deploying client centric digital solutions
  • Worked and presented on Annual media plans/key campaigns – Digital strategy
  • Worked on new business development/pitches


In 12 Months

  • Contributed in enhancing/creating new products/process
  • Improving the culture of “digital first thinking” and “building brands using digital”
  • Improve client perception of wavemaker through continuous conversations and specific projects.

What Your Day Job Looks Like At Wavemaker

  • Solving problems – on brands, on improving product
  • Working with various units within Wavemaker / Group M ecosystem
  • Presentation of strategy and implementation ideas to clients
  • Responsible for Everyday excellence - Ensure projects/campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs
  • Evangelize tech/automation

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (media, creative, tech)
  • Strong understanding of Platform and Programmatic ecosystems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong Analytical Understanding for Monthly CMO meetings
  • Educating clients on the changes in the digital ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 12+ Years of experience in Digital Media
  • Postgraduate
  • Experience of working on a large client/group of clients
