Measures of success –

In three months:

  • Get a full picture of the digital content industry and its ecosystem
  • Understand key content IP and key internal and external partners
  • Identify your target client and develop initial thoughts about how to bring business values to them

In six months:

  • Earn the trust of your target client by showing your understanding of their business
  • Work closely with content partner teams to create and pitch your idea which can truly deliver a business value to your client
  • Get involved in the execution of other clients’ content projects and master the balance between client and IP owner

In 12 months:

  • Fully lead a digital content project from initial concept, tactical plan, resource negotiation and project execution
  • Expertly balance different parties’ interests to achieve each party’s own business objectives
  • Explore new opportunities with new digital content resources and new client needs


Responsibilities of the role:

Master the new trend and competitive landscape of the digital content industry in China

Interpret the marketing values of digital content resources and IP

Negotiate the best resource deal for client

Conceptualize a big idea based on client brief and develop a full execution plan based on that idea. The plan needs to implement suitable content resources into your client’s business operation to achieve their business objective. 

Collaborate with different internal and external teams to execute the plan

Package and present your case well to apply for leading advertising awards

Constantly develop the scope and value of our digital content service by integrating emerging content resources or new technologies

A long-lasting passion for content

  • Great communication skills and empathy that help you balance different parties’ needs
  • Compelling storytelling skills that can be presented in a formal presentation or in daily conversation
  • Multi-task management
  • An open mind and curious heart to new technologies and youth culture
  • Sense of responsibility and strong attention to detail
