Overview of job 

This role is to delivering ongoing SEM Account Service in search marketing to GroupM. As a Senior Search Executive you will be an under GroupM Search teams and provide service to GroupM Clients. 

Reporting of the role
This role reports to the SEM Manager

Measures of success – 
In 3 months:
Understood how GroupM search team’s internal processes are run

In 6 months:
Understood client’s business approach and meet requests of daily work

In 12 months:
Been up to speed with client’s portfolios / value proposition and able to articulate this confidently.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Assist in marketing strategic plan and execution on SEM media (e.g. Baidu) and performance marketing media (e.g. TikTok) platforms.
  • Improve ad serving efficiency through periodic data monitor and analysis.
  • Communicate with media for periodic product update, and apply updates to ad serving plan.
  • Draft periodic data analysis report, provide respective solutions on improving ad serving performance.

 

What you will need:

  • Associate degree or above, 2 years and above SEM or feeds ad serving experience in advertising agencies is preferred. SEM or feeds related experience is also preferred.
  • Fast-learning ability, teamwork, sense of responsibility, detail caring, and pressure-adapting ability is expected.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good at analyzing data, providing data insight, and planning search campaigns.
  • Enthusiastic in SEM and performance marketing.
