Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Senior Executive, Content+ to join us.

Reporting of the role: Manager, Content+

Measures of success –

In three months, you would:
  • Have known on a simple process on things needed to be done once a brief is received
  • Have known how to process admin/finance documents
In six months, you would:
  • Have able to coordinate between media owner, planning team, production team, and clients
  • Have the ability to understand production technicalities and able to articulate it
In 12 months, you would:
  • Have able to come up with content ideas
  • Have the ability to do cost controlling and maintaining revenue above 20%
  • Have the ability to meet client satisfaction in content project management after each project
Responsibilities of the role:

  • Closely work with integrated planning teams in taking & digesting client’s brief 
  • Manage content projects from budgeting, KPI setting, implementing to final reporting/ Report to project manager about daily project operation, KPI tracking & final reporting.
  • Involve in direction/ ideation brainstorming sessions & other content workshops 
  • Keep big teams updated on new culture/content on timely basis to support clients & planning teams
  • Ensure project information (budget, phasing etc) is well reported in the system
  • Ensure administrative requirements (contracting, allocation management etc) are well managed per client’s principle
  • Keep exploring content opportunities/innovations & proactively build proper proposals 

* What will you need:

  • Marketing/Communications/Business/Linguistic BA+ degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in advertising/communication industry, especially as a content/ account management role
  • Problem solving skill
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Medium level of knowledge about media (digital, TV)
  • Understanding of local media content landscapes/trends/insights
  • Good in communication: Master in Vietnamese (both speaking & writing) & Excellent in English (speaking, presenting & writing)
  • Good in MS office
  • Knowledge about other design & video edit soft wares is a plus 
  • Has network with content partners is a plus
  • Has a content passion!
