Measures of success –
In three months:

  • Basic planning and buying plus MixReach optimization approach, media buying quality control
  • Gotten an understanding of the agency portfolio of clients

In six months:

  • Optimize media planning and buying independently
  • Proven yourself as a reliable point of contact for brand team.
  • Working with team members to improve working efficiency and effectiveness

In 12 months:

  • Played a key role on MixReach optimization and media coordinator

  • Closely working with agencies by each campaign and explore the potential opportunities.
  • Issue regular spot plan and complete the final post buy.
  • Support negotiation team to achieve negotiation KPIs, resources & positions.
  • Evaluate media proposals to firm our revenue target.
  • Media spending tracking.

What you will need:

  • More than 4 years TP relevant experience, better with traditional and digital background.
  • Diploma or above degree.
  • Solid knowledge in media industry, good experience and relationship with media venders
  • Independent problem solving skill.
  • Good communication, coordination and negotiation skill, quick learning ability.
  • Patience, pay attention to details.
