Description
Responsibilities of the role:
AR/Billing management:
- Daily work on Agency AR & WIP (Billing) management, coordinate with Planner, Commercial and Finance Shared Service Centre (SSC).
Accounting Related:
- Advise SSC on agency accounting issues
- Prepare Manual Journal Entry to SSC
Balance sheet management
- Responsible for balance sheet review, support Manager to clear long aged items
- Responsible for Balance sheet variance report
Reporting and Analysis:
- Support reporting on monthly reports including Flash, Actual, year-end package
- Support on budget, rolling forecast
- Responsible for revenue variance analysis
Other support
- Support on Client Audit and Internal Audit
- Other adhoc
What you will need:
- A bachelor degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience; a professional accounting qualification preferable
- Multi-tasks ability, attention to details, hands on and meet deadlines
- Be energetic with a proactive and can-do attitude
- Good communication skills, and proficient in both English and Chinese
- Basic Analytical Skills
- Experience in dashboard build and report automation would be a plus
- Advertising industry experience is preferred
