About the role

This role forms part of a globally distributed business intelligence team, whose objective is to ensure that our clients and internal teams have access to the right data and insights to inform their marketing decisions.

The team’s primary responsibility is to maintain a global reporting solution, which automates the collection and transformation of disparate marketing data into a single source of truth.  Not only does that mean running and maintaining the platform that already exists, but also continually improving it to incorporate new data sources, and to derive new insights, to support ever-evolving business demands.

As a BI Developer your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain data models and views and reporting templates, to help teams make sense of the underlying data, and to understand the true performance of their media campaigns. You will also act as the primary point of contact for a subset of users, gathering their evolving needs and supporting them in the use of the solution.

This role would be part of our Global Analytics Hub based out in India.  It is the backbone of our 800+ person strong analytics practice globally.  The Analytics Hub functions as a center of excellence in creating efficiencies and driving standardization across all essencemediacom Analytics teams in North America, Europe, and APAC.  The Hub is involved in multiple areas of the business including media campaign analytics, tool development & automation and is critical to the continued success of our Global Analytics & Tech offering.
