Overview of job

MediaCom is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally.

We are currently looking for a Regional Planning Manager to join us. In this role, you will manage a full media service including integrated media strategy proposal on both traditional and digital media activities and post evaluation reports.

You will also work together with the performance team for all day-to-day digital media planning and client service activities associated with assigned accounts.

Minimum qualifications:

  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in integrated planning
  • Strong digital foundation is a must
  • Google AdWords Certification OR Facebook blueprint certification desirable
  • be fully conversant with digital media and able to think across the whole media mix
  • have broad cross-channel digital knowledge
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders (e.g. suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, media owners and internal specialist resources)
  • Knowledge of global industry trends, consumer trends, promotional resources, market status, and competition
  • be a strong communicator – English is our global language
  • Solid understanding of interactive research tools
  • Understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, as well as media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements
  • Able to understand media data sources in terms of what is measured, the method, and information reported
  • Must possess strong written, presentation, analytical, quantitative, and verbal skills
  • Superior organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills
