Overview of job

MediaCom are looking for an Intern for the role of Attribution Analyst. Based in Singapore, you will assist the regional investment team across 15 markets in the Asia Pacific region.

In this role, you will take an active part in our business success by coordinating multi-market performance delivery and communication. Conduct analysis to assist investment decision making and provide analytical support across our teams.

Successful candidates will have strong quantitative and Excel skills. Be able to work concurrently on multiple projects independently, solve problems and produce accurate work through self-checks.

  • Reporting: This position reports into the APAC Investment Director
  • Studies in Marketing, Business Administration and/or Mathematics, Statistics preferred
  • Ability to commit on a full-time basis for at least 3 months

  • Working with MediaCom teams to monitor value return and delivery vs. set targets
  • Writing/summarizing performance results
  • Ensure that the MediaCom Accountability offering continually evolves and remains market leading with a focus on digital metrics & reporting
  • Coordinate global and regional investment management requests; resourcing information and providing regular updates on status and developments
  • Play an active role in the regional investment community; sharing work and ideas, encouraging collaboration and cooperation as appropriate
  • Foster a positive culture amongst all trading staff based on MediaCom values & behaviours
  • Proactively work with stakeholder teams to design, develop and deploy solutions that continue to improve the investment output across APAC

In addition, the candidates should demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent numerical analysis skills and attention to detail
  • Passionate, hands-on operational experience with a practical approach to media investment management
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability in interpreting performance trends
