Overview of job.

GroupM is the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP.  In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally.  We are currently looking for an Executive, Buying (Non-Biddable Digital) to join us.

The GroupM Services team adopt a collaborative and customer-centric approach in delivering high value and innovative solutions for our Agencies and Agencies’ clients, including the activation and execution of dynamic media campaigns.

In this role you will responsible of implementing and executing Digital Non-Biddable campaigns.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to: Non-Biddable Digital Lead

In this role, your goals will be:

In three months:

  • Good understanding of GMS buying processes and media terminologies
  • Familiarize with media systems and media tools functionality

In six months:

  • Independently execute campaign implementation for assigned portfolio of clients
  • Monitor, manage and report on clients’ budgets and deliveries of client’s KPI
  • Coordinate with respective parties on tracking campaign performance
  • 100% compliances with finance processes and GroupM policies and procedures

In 12 months:

  • Perform post campaign report analysis and provide future media recommendations
  • Crisis management and maximize campaign performance

What your day job looks like at GroupM:

  • Independently manage Non-Biddable Digital and managed service campaigns under the assigned cluster of clients
  • Monitor, manage and report on clients’ budgets and deliveries of KPI’s for Non-Biddable Digital media to make sure performance meets expectations
  • Coordinate with respective parties on tracking data for weekly monitoring performance
  • Create and maintain Material Requirements for campaigns, including liaising with external parties
  • Ensure the best in class process for all campaign operations
  • Collaborate with the Campaign Delivery team and ensure timelines are adhered to and workloads are managed effectively
  • Support the Campaign Delivery team in finding solutions and value-added services in the areas of implementation and buying to the client’s business
  • Proactively propose good practices and work closely with all team members to improve working efficiency and effectiveness
  • Learn new tools and delivery technologies to maximize campaign performance
  • Develop strong relationships with Non-Biddable Digital media vendors, Ad Serving and Ad Technology’s partners to capitalize on their product offering, key differentiation and technical Ads specifications
  • Propose analysis and actionable insights aimed at improving future campaigns
  • Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or diploma in disciplines as STEM, Mass Communications, Digital Media/Advertising, Business Studies or relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Effective communication skills and ability to adjust to a fast-changing environment
  • Team player - able to receive and provide feedback professionally, thrive in a team environment and able to work collaboratively
  • Passionate about digital media and technology and eager to keep learning
  • Highly numerate and organized, with an ability to demonstrate implementation and adherence to processes
  • Good understanding of analytical techniques and Ad-Serving platforms is an advantage
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Strive for excellence demonstrated by a commitment to continuous improvement, taking initiative and delivering results despite constraints
