What you do…

 

The Head of Addressable Content sits within our Addressable Content Practice (ACP) and the MCS team and is located in Australia. The Addressable Lead is responsible for the project management, content strategy, product development and implementation of MediaCom's addressable offering.

 

Core experience and responsibilities:

  • 6+ years of general digital experience in a media, creative or production agency role, with intimate and hands on experience in addressability (DCO/personalisation).
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day project management of all aspects of the content production and digital projects process. From receipt or co-creation of the original brief to solution definition, content matrix planning, and stakeholder management, right through to final delivery of assets to our media partners.
  • Lead the project management and delivery of MediaCom's advanced digital campaigns and programs, including addressable (DCO/personalisation), modular content, social and AdTech.
  • Define and develop effective and efficient data-driven creative production solutions to support all programs of activity across addressable channels - with a focus on addressable media and content - digital, video, social and audio. You'll continue to look at ways to optimise our addressable workflows and frameworks, always striving to deliver work brilliantly.
  • As a digital leader, you'll have a solid understanding of all aspects of digital and creative production, including the AdTech landscape and how we can harness the power of data and technology to deliver highly personalised performance-based comms to addressable channels, platforms and devices. You'll proactively research and identify new trends, platforms and partners and successfully implement them into our ways of working and offering.
  • Collaborate with the Global Addressable Product Director in shaping the evolution of MediaCom's digital offering with an emphasis on personalisation and AdTech by proactively identifying and prioritising new product development opportunities, using existing MediaCom solutions and adopting new products and platforms into our offering to keep our clients at the edge.
  • Work in partnership with Producers, Content Leads and Business Partners throughout project and campaign lifecycles, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities are defined and followed.
  • Develop strong working relationships with our client's (some of the largest brands in the world), keeping them educated and informed on best practices, new products and project/campaign status. You'll be able to simplify and easily communicate complicated digital workflows, building trusted relationships.
  • Collaborate with key partners to help establish learning and development programs while providing your colleagues with the relevant updates, resources and forums to grow knowledge in digital and the addressable landscape.
  • Your role will be versatile, diverse and embrace all areas of integrated creative and production, from project scoping, content strategy and modular design to execution and delivery. As such, it is vital that you promote open, collaborative, supportive and dynamic relationships throughout the agency, network and key partners with a solution-focused attitude.
