GroupM is the world’s largest media investment company and we are a part of WPP. We are currently looking for an Ad Operations Manager to join us. In this role, you will be working across a range of diverse, well-known brands, you will be involved high quality Media marketing campaigns. You will need to ensure each Search and Media campaign follows industry best-practice to foster account growth and adopt the latest innovations.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:

  • Understand the full campaign delivery process
  • Build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee the process between the internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.

In six months:

  • To have made process improvements in ad operations
  • To be advocating for the use of best in class measurement technologies to agencies and their clients.

In 12 months:

  • To be working with GroupM local / regional / global in guiding the future direction of ad operations in Taiwan
  • To be considered a thought leader in ad operations
  • To be working closely with agencies in designing a comprehensive ad operations architecture for their clients.

Responsibilities of the role:
The key responsibility is manage campaign setup, paid search, GDN, Facebook ad and other Biddable Media campaigns to the highest standard. The Ad Operations Manager will have responsibility for ensuring client campaigns are budgeted accurately and include up to date SEM and Biddable Media best practices.

  • Management and growth of key strategic accounts
  • Create best practices in processes to be used across the team
  • Keep teams and clients up to date with the latest innovations & developments in biddable
  • Support other biddable channels like Instagram, LinkedIn and others
  • Maintain knowledge of client's business, competition and trends

What you will need:

  • 3-5 years of Search / Facebook and Digital experience
  • Working knowledge of Search Marketing practices
  • Working knowledge of PPC Bid management tools
  • Strong presentation & client servicing skills
  • Ability to manage workflow effectively both internally and with third parties
  • Strong technical knowledge with an analytical mind
  • Attention to detail with good levels of accuracy
  • An excellent work ethic and problem-solving skills
  • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Able to follow instructions, be and work autonomously
  • Have a passion for learning
  • Work effectively in a team environment
