Warehouse Associate- Central Processing- Westmoreland

PAY : $12.00 / hr
Position Summary:
As a warehouse employee you will load/unload trucks, sort and grade donations and perform a variety of duties within the warehouse operations to support the mission.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead by example to ensure that all procedures and best practices are consistently followed.
- Load/Unload trucks or trailers.
- Sort and grade donations
- Meet minimum daily production goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred/Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline driven work environment.
- Equipment operation experience preferred, i.e., forklift, pallet jacks, balers, tippers, etc.
Position Specifics:
- Works in a climate-controlled office or retail environment most of the time.
- Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes and dust and extreme weather conditions such as heat and cold.
- The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places.
- Local and distance travel, required.
- Open scheduling availability is required to meet the needs of the business. Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and after-hours.
- Works 45 hours per week or more as required.
- Moderate noise level.
- Occasional travel required.
