General Parts is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment across our growing organization. We’re looking for someone who knows how to find, attract, and hire top talent—ideally with experience in commercial kitchen services or a related technical field.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting (2+ years required)
  • Hands-on experience with Jobvite ATS (required)
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Indeed, and professional networks
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel periodically for hiring events
