The Role Summary:
Come join us! We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell the Geneo system to new customers by cold calling and following up on leads in their assigned territory. If you are a cold calling ninja who loves the thrill of the sale and who consistently hits and exceeds your goals, then Geneo is the place for you! Essential Responsibilities:
  • Working with your field partners to maintain a robust pipeline to ensure you consistently achieve monthly targets and sales goals. Develop strategic selling techniques, using marketing tools and resources, to enhance your client engagement and the overall Glo 2 Go Experience. 
  • You will own the management of the pipeline, directing daily activities to move accounts from new to closed won. Scheduling and directing weekly pipeline calls with you field partners. And helping to forecast the future of your pipeline.   
  • Cold call and connecting with customers via phone, social media, inbound leads and other lead generating events. 
  • Partner with the Field and business development team. Working in a Pod structure to drive success. 
  • Identifying potential customer needs - work with your field partners to understand how to position Geneo treatments inside clients' practices and businesses.  
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years experience of business to business inside or outside sales experience. Experience in the aesthetics or beauty market. selling dermatology/plastic surgery or med spa and/or high-end resort and day spas is a plus. 
  • Excellent understanding of the sales process from discovery to close. 
  • Specific examples of closing sales based on ROI, how you successfully grew businesses around your products. 
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM systems. You get enjoyment from helping the team move the sale along, whether you are the one directly selling or doing the follow up and logistics part of the sale. 
  • Interactingand building relationshipswith customers over phone calls, LiveChat and via emailis your superpower. 
Base Salary Pay: $50,000.00 PLUS uncapped commission
