The Opportunity in the #O2Crew 
  • Traveling within your territory – cold calling and planned appointments with med spas, days spas, resorts, and aesthetic practices. 
    • The candidate must reside in either Arkansas or Louisiana and should be based in one of the following primary cities: Little Rock, Fayetteville, New Orleans, or Baton Rouge. The role involves covering both Arkansas and Louisiana.
  • Introduce providers to Geneo, its products and how to position it so they can take their skin treatments to a whole new level.
  • Set up your new providers with install training that helps them get working right away.  
  • Generate accurate forecasts for the territory based on assessment of your territory’s pipeline.
  • Meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  
How You Will Enhance the #O2Crew 
  • Specific examples of closing sales based on ROI, successfully growing medical practices or spas by building a business around your products.
  • Experience in planning a strategy, budget and implementation plan to achieve targets and closing complex sales with quotas in excess of $1.5M annually.
  • Demonstrated expertise and experience in the ability to lead and handle people tactfully, diplomatically and fairly, with empowerment emphasis and awareness of preventive-conflict-management.
  • Experience in the aesthetics (cash-pay) market, dermatology/plastic surgery or med spa and/or high-end resort and day spas.
  • Experience in the medical device or equipment must be to physician practices, not hospitals.
  • Established relationships in your territory.

Other rewards may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and region-specific benefits. An employee’s pay position within the listed salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
