Katleya has been a part of the Gateway team for over a year. She is currently the Atlas Sous Chef at Starlight Casino Edmonton. One of Katleya’s favourite dishes to prepare is the “Linguini Vongole”. She describes it as a simple, perfectly balanced and classical dish. “The freshness of the clams, the chili threads that give a hint of spice, the al dente pasta and finishing texture of lemon gremolata, all create a flavorful dish to enjoy.” We agree! Katleya gets her inspiration from working with the expanding Gateway culinary team and trying new dishes made from local Chefs.
