The Position

Surveillance of gaming floor and back of house areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Routine surveillance of the gaming floor and back of house areas, identify potential problems, such as poor game protection, suspicious individuals, and acting as a support unit to other departments in relation to the protection of company assets
• Strictly adhering to the compliance of all policies and procedures in the Departmental or Internal Control Manual
• Maintaining accurate logs of all calls and procedure violations or completing reviews of all material that is pertinent to site operations
• Monitor major occurrences such as criminal acts committed on company property
• Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber of customer service and respect to all patrons and employees
• Ensure that all employees are adhering strictly to policies and procedures as outlined by the Departmental or Internal Control Manual
• Maintain awareness of gaming operation at all times and comply with policies and procedures in order to secure company assets
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• Adherence to time and attendance standards
• Knowledge of table games would be considered an asset 
• Overall knowledge of casino operations and internal controls
• Ability to work any shift
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong keyboarding and report writing skills is required
• French language skills (verbal and written) are an asset
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
