Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support staff service activities, resources, budget and scheduling
- Supervise and mentor the team; conduct recruitment, training, task allocation, and performance evaluation
- Contribute to the menu and ensures that front-of-house offerings are of the highest caliber
- Maintain and promote updated knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with management and coordinate food and beverage service for special events
What You Bring
- 1 to 2 years experience in supervision or an equivalent combination of education, and experience. Hospitality experience preferred.
- The ability to obtain registration with either the BCLC
- FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate (In BC)
- Serving it Right certification
- Leadership skills – able to direct, motivate and supervise staff
- Customer service skills – proactively able to exceed guest expectations
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds
