Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support staff service activities, resources, budget and scheduling
  • Supervise and mentor the team; conduct recruitment, training, task allocation, and performance evaluation
  • Contribute to the menu and ensures that front-of-house offerings are of the highest caliber
  • Maintain and promote updated knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with management and coordinate food and beverage service for special events

What You Bring

  • 1 to 2 years experience in supervision or an equivalent combination of education, and experience. Hospitality experience preferred.
  • The ability to obtain registration with either the BCLC
  • FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate (In BC) 
  • Serving it Right certification
  • Leadership skills – able to direct, motivate and supervise staff
  • Customer service skills – proactively able to exceed guest expectations
  • Able to lift up to 15 pounds
