 Key Responsibilities:  

• Clean and maintain all assigned areas, public and non-public in an effective, efficient, safe manner.
• Ensure all cleaning products are stored in the designated area and in a safe and secure environment.
• All equipment is operated, cleaned and maintained according to Standard Operating Procedure.
• Accurately complete inspection reports on all equipment used.
• Accurately follow an SOP and operation of equipment required for each job assignment and perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be prepared to complete work assignments/tasks as scheduled and meet deadlines as required.
• Work in a safe and responsible manner at all times. 
• Promote excellent employee relations through respect, courtesy, tact and friendliness.
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
• Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
• Adhere to departmental quality standards.
• Perform other related and compatible duties as assigned

What You Bring

• Ability to work independently and/or cohesively as part of a team and inspire, foster commitment and pride while promoting good employee relations with co-workers.
• Able to work in a busy, fast paced environment.
• Must have the ability to the physical requirements  of this positions
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with good time management skills and with the ability to multitask.
• Must be able to push and pull equipment and cart 5–50 lbs. force; frequent lifting of supplies (5-50 lbs.).
• Must be able to frequently lift and move housekeeping supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to perform the essential duties that require frequent use of hands, wrists, arms, shoulders and back to grip carry lift and bend.
