Chances Williams Lake is looking for reliable, people-focused individuals to join our Security team. If you enjoy providing customer service and a close connection to your local community, this could be a great fit.

In this key role, you will help create a comfortable environment where others feel the assuring calm of your presence while delivering a rock-solid commitment to customer service. Internally, you will protect the company assets. 

At all times, you are aware of the gaming operations, will work under provincial gaming regulations and comply with all policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a presence on the gaming floor and be able to respond to guest inquiries quickly.
• Control access to the facility and sensitive areas.
• Monitor alarm panels, control and issue keys.
• Write reports and maintain a daily log.
• Provide First Aid and medical attention as needed.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Social perceptiveness and good vision to identify people.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use email, navigate office software, complete forms, and enter information accurately.
