Key Responsibilities

• Problem solves potential guest or crew complaints.
• Greets and seats guests using pleasant and proper etiquette.
• Answers the telephone using proper phone etiquette.
• Assists in maintaining a clean and safe working environment as required.
• Assists servers with serving food to guest as required.
• Ensures that cutlery and glassware is clean and polished as required.
• Removes and transports dishes from tables to kitchen area immediately after customer departs.
• Assists in clean-up of spillage during mealtime.
• Serves food according to established standards of service.
• Clears and resets tables swiftly and efficiently.
• Stocks and portions food items as required.

What You Bring

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven organization and people skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during a shift.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Able to handle high volume and a fast pace environment.
• Able work all shifts, weekends and holidays including grave shift.
• Minimum of 1-year restaurant experience in a high-volume restaurant.
