Key Responsibilities
- Ensures excellence in customer service to create a memorable entertainment experience.
- Prepare beverages in accordance with high-quality standards.
- Provide feedback on recipes and guest preferences.
- Engaging with guests and promote products and events.
What You Bring
- Two years of bartending experience in a high-volume food and beverage establishment.
- Serving It Right (BC).
- Ability to obtain IGCO gaming license.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Must be 19 years of age or older in British Columbia.
- Can assess situations carefully and are sensitive in dealing with people.
- Ability to accurately enter drinks and rewards program information into our systems.
- Team player - always leaves bar clean stocked and prepped for next shift.
