Key Responsibilities
- Routine surveillance of the gaming floor and back of house areas, identify potential problems, such as poor game protection, suspicious individuals, and acting as a support unit to other departments in relation to the protection of company assets
- Strictly adhering to the compliance of all policies and procedures in the Departmental or Internal Control Manual
- Maintaining accurate logs of all calls and procedure violations or completing reviews of all material that is pertinent to site operations
- Monitor major occurrences such as criminal acts committed on company property
- Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber of customer service and respect to all patrons and employees
- Ensure that all employees are adhering strictly to policies and procedures as outlined by the Departmental or Internal Control Manual
- Maintain awareness of gaming operation at all times and comply with policies and procedures in order to secure company assets
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Require
- Adherence to time and attendance standards
- Knowledge of table games would be considered an asset
- Overall knowledge of casino operations and internal controls
- Ability to work any shift
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong keyboarding and report writing skills is required
- French language skills (verbal and written) are an asset
