The Food and Beverage Lead is responsible for overseeing the Food and Beverage Employees in a shift work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for fostering a safe and efficient work environment, while maintaining an open-door policy.
  • Delegates duties to staff on shift.
  • Alcohol assessments and refusals with the support of security personnel.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in inventory control – weekly counts and ordering.
  • Communication with management on employee and health & safety concerns.


What You Bring

  • A high school diploma or post-secondary education with focus in Food & Beverage or related discipline
  • Leadership experience in the related field of one (1) or more years
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication and managerial skills
  • Working knowledge of computer software packages i.e. Point of Sale systems
  • Proven high level of Customer Service
  • The ability to work and excel in a fast-paced large volume business
