Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise bingo operations, financial management and staff.
  • Verify cash floats and distribution of floats to staff.
  • Calculate prize and maintain record of payouts in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Work in conjunction with the caller to ensure awareness of all payouts, promotions and announcements.
  • Ensure all equipment is operational prior to and during event as well as possible minor equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain knowledge of promotions and specials.
  • Ensure team is knowledgeable in products and promotions.

  • Two years of supervisory work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One year of bingo experience.
  • Serving It Right Certificate (BC), Pro Serve (AB), Smart Serve (ON) completed prior to start date.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge with computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, email, and internet navigation.
