Executive Assistant Lead
Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Act as a trusted liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Manage complex calendars with precision, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events while anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate all aspects of executive travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, transportation, and accommodations, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
- Prepare and distribute high-quality materials for executive meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with team members and external partners, fostering collaboration and enhancing organizational efficiency.
- Provide leadership and mentor administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities as needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on special projects and initiatives, leveraging administrative expertise to drive organizational success
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in executive support roles, with a proven track record of success in managing complex administrative tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to communicate professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent within the team.
